SERVICES

We provide a range of support services to the community from mediation to labour issues to cutting
through red tape, fundraising, or helping put a business plan together.

Mediation

Helping people find common ground and resolve conflict amicably and cost-effectively.

Translation

Written and in-person translation services in English, Afrikaans, and Xhosa.

Facilitation

Assistance facilitating workshops, training, and projects from organising the entire event to identifying suitable participants.

Red Tape

Assistance completing applications and registrations as well as navigating institutional processes.

Marketing

Providing community organisations and small businesses with marketing advice, services, platforms, and opportunities.

Administration

Assisting community organisations and small businesses with emailing, scanning documents, preparing business plans, CVs, presentations, or writing letters.

Fundraising

Assisting community organisations to raise funds for their projects and to identify and apply for appropriate grants or funding.

Networking

Bringing people together to support one another, get to know one another, or work together.

HOW IT WORKS

Volunteers assist community members and organisations to access and navigate government and business structures and systems.
There are NO FEES but clients are encouraged to make donations.

The request is investigated and evaluated. This is one of our greatest strengths, evaluating need, so that appropriate and effective solutions can be found.

    HELP US HELP OTHERS

    Our services are provided to the community free of charge. There are however costs involved like airtime, printing, paper, WiFi, and fuel. We rely on donations to cover these costs. Every cent makes a difference so donations of any size are welcomed, very warmly.
